If you receive a phone call from someone identifying themselves as a “Convention Housing” organization or a Planet Hollywood Las Vegas employee offering lower rates for Convention, do not give them any credit card information as Planet Hollywood Las Vegas does not randomly call guests with offers like this, nor has WMA contracted with any convention housing organization! Do not provide any information or accept a confirmation number UNLESS you called Planet Hollywood Las Vegas directly. 

The caller informs people that he is from the Exhibition Housing Department and says he wants to let people know that the correct rate is $129 not $139 and that you can make/correct your reservation on the phone with him.  The calls are originating from 866-367-4414.
