to oversee Westwind Mobile Home Park, 55 and older, 42 space
Manufactured Home Community in Lower Lake, California. The ideal
candidate must have excellent presentation, organizational,
leasing, and proven management/leadership skills. Previous
residential property management experience (2+ years) is
REQUIRED. If you have managed any type of manufactured housing
community, your resume will be considered first prior
manufactured housing community management is preferred.
Looking for an energetic, friendly couple to manage a beautiful,
55-plus mobile home community in Apple Valley, CA. One team
member to work in the office with skills in Excel, Microsoft
Word, collect rent, give notices, online deposits, & general
office skills. People-friendly second team member must have basic
maintenance skills (plumbing, electric, water riser repair,
landscaping), meter reading and keeping the common areas clean.
The hired couple will receive housing (doublewide home), all
utilities, and $3500/mo. Hours are M-F 9-4 with an hour off for
lunch.
We are seeking a skilled On-Site Manager to oversee the
day-to-day operations of our property. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for maintaining the property, ensuring tenant
satisfaction, and managing staff effectively.
Duties:
– Manage all aspects of the property’s operations, including
maintenance, and tenant relations
– Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property
maintenance and repairs
– Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal
regulations
– Handle tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly
