purchase at discounted rates, including California Mobilehome
Laws manual, new resident forms, rules & regulations,
terminations, service interruptions, and forms for
community-owned. But you have to be a WMA member to order.
Pay only $95/year for unlimited access to our forms for both
Resident-Owned and Community-Owned homes. A separate subscription
is required for each community.

payment. Residency and Landlord/Tenant forms are exclusively
available to members.
