WMA is committed to protecting information disclosed through this website. Your use of this website, or any inquiry or comment you send, may be disclosed to WMA members and authorized entities solely to advance the mission and purpose of WMA.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. Any transmission you make on the internet, other than on a secured and encrypted site, may not be secure. Therefore, you should always be concerned about any personally identifiable information that you submit on the Internet.

Do we use cookies?

We do not engage in any relationships with third-party advertising networks and services. Since our website does not track any activity except for server logs, which do not collect personally identifiable information, it does not respond to the do not track settings. We use Google Analytics as a third-party tool. We do not control how the third party tool responds to the Do Not Track settings in your web browser. 

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We value your privacy; therefore, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all member users of our site may submit requests to update their information by logging and navigating to the profile section and using the contact form.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
