Over 55 of age park with 213 homes, which are resident owned, that sits on 33 acres in Novato, California.

Office hours are 8 am to 5 pm closed for lunch Monday – Friday.

Responsible for lock and unlock facility at 9 am and 8 pm Friday – Monday.

Excellent customer service.

Assist with social functions.

WMA certification desired or ability to learn.

Computer skills desired. Keyboarding, Excel, YARDI, Drop Box a plus.

Supervise contractors on site,

Some light maintenance Pool service.

Ability to read and understand detailed legal documents.

Ability to prepare detailed legal documents.

Ability to listen.

Ability to Lift 50 Pounds.

Ability to do some local travel with paid mileage

Will be trained to handle emergencies, utilities.

Must be available for emergencies within 1 hour of the facility.

Weekend manager hours are Friday 1 pm to Monday at noon, mostly phone.
Coverage, unlock facility Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon morning 9 am, lock facility Fri/Sat/Sun evening 8 pm. Monday morning are office duties.
