Brandenburg, Staedler & Moore is seeking an Assistant Director of Property Management in San Jose, CA.

Brandenburg, Staedler & Moore has an opening for an Assistant Director of Property Management working with a portfolio of residential real estate properties in Santa Clara and Alameda Counties. BSM’s office environment is professional, hands-on, diverse, team-oriented and offers stability and longevity. They have been recognized by the WMA community as industry leaders in many ways.

Opportunity:  This is an opportunity to work with a stellar property management company that has helped to shape real estate communities and philanthropy in the Bay Area for over 40 years. It is also a chance to closely partner with the head of the Property Management division and interface with many people throughout the day. This role is for the candidate who appreciates working strategically with the executive team and general community, while tactically with the tenants.

About the Company:  The philosophy of the company was ‘build to own’ and hold the diverse portfolio as long term investment. They currently own and manage 14 mobile home communities, including sites for approximately 3,500 lots. These communities have country club style amenities such as pools, lakes, tennis courts and landscaping.

Position Summary:  The Assistant Director supports the Director of Property Management in her responsibility for the economic viability, operation, maintenance and community relations for the Company’s Silicon Valley and Bay Area communities. The role of the Assistant Property Manager is to work seamlessly in support of the Director’s duties, including property and financial management, community relations, tenant relations, personnel management and some public relations.
