Community Management Team Goals: The goals of the Onsite Management Team are to attain the best possible social and physical environment for the benefit of all the homeowners, residents and the manufactured homes. The broad areas of responsibility include effective and efficient management of PEOPLE, MAINTENANCE, ADMINISTRATION, and SALES. Towards these goals, the onsite management team will, together with the management office, work to ever improve the amenities and lifestyle of Lake Park.
The four priority responsibilities of Lake Park managers should
be:
1. PEOPLE – our homeowners deserve the very best. Our top
priority is to ensure that they receive from us consistency and a
peaceful, pleasant environment in which to live.
2. ADMINISTRATION/CLERICAL – handle accounts receivable, accounts
payable, resident records, reports, maintenance records, resident
relations, homesite maintenance, administer the Community
Guidelines (rules and regulations), and in general, run a
professional, organized operation.
3. MAINTENANCE – provide a well-maintained community, responsible
for recreation building, lake, pools, streets, utility systems,
landscape and equipment.
4. SALES – If we are successful with the first three priorities
success is almost guaranteed for sales. We want to help those
homeowners who wish or need to sell their homes, find a suitable
buyer at a fair price in as short a time as possible. We want to
help potential buyers fully understand the benefits of living in
Lake Park and the many options available to them, while assisting
them with the escrow and paperwork involved in the purchase.
It is intended that the onsite management team (managers and responsible persons) will perform in a conscientious and professional manner. It is also intended that the managers are working managers with “hands on” effort and expertise in all areas of responsibilities. Managers will address each responsibility in an efficient and timely manner, always seeking to find solutions and solve problems. They will also be responsible for the safety and well being of themselves, Responsible Persons, and all other employees.
Lake Park Communities is searching for an intelligent management team possessing receptive learning ability. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills; be self motivated problem solvers; takes pride in accomplishments and possess a can do spirit.
