Management Team for 172 Space Mobilehome Park (Bethel Island, CA)

Seeking a detail oriented and self-motivated management team (2 people) to manage a 172 space all age mobilehome park located in Bethel Island, CA at the Heart of the California Delta.

Park is an all owner-no renters park, with amenities that include Clubhouse, Pool, RV Storage and Laundry Room.

Prior management experience with mobilehome parks, apartments, hotels, or mini-storage is preferred, but not required.

Resident Manager responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
✔ Rent and RV storage Collections
✔ Monitor Permit Parking
✔ Screen potential residents
✔ Resident Communications
✔ Enforcement of Rules and Regulations
✔ Investigate complaints
✔ Serve legal notices as required
✔ Available for emergencies as needed
✔ Maintain resident files
✔ Coordinate and oversee vendors
✔ Monitor swimming pool (outside service in place)
✔ Clubhouse maintenance
✔ Laundry facilities maintenance
✔ Park utilities repair and maintenance
✔ Gardening around clubhouse and Park entrance
✔ Limited plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills needed

Assistant Manager, in place, that performs landscaping maintenance, assists with Park utility and clubhouse maintenance, and provides weekend / holiday coverage.

Compensation: Cash salary + 3 bedroom / 2 bath mobilehome + utilities + PTO. On duty 30 hours per week.
