Mobile Home Park Management Team

We are recruiting for an on-site management team for a high quality all age mobile home park in Sacramento California. This is a quality property so previous management experience is preferred. A two person team is preferred. Ideally, the team would consist of one person who would operate the park office and the other would perform routine park maintenance. Good verbal and written communication skills are important for this position and basic computer and email skills are required.

Duties include:
Qualifying prospective tenants
Completing leases & administrative paperwork
Recording rents and making timely bank deposits
Issuing notices as needed to enforce the rules and address delinquencies
Maintaining accurate files and paperwork records
Performing maintenance/janitorial work as needed
Coordinating vendors on site as needed
Inspecting & cleaning the property daily
Maintaining landscaping in an attractive well kept condition at all times
Maintaining the pool and pool area properly and within health department guidelines

Applicants must be conscientious, organized, detail oriented with good communication skills. Maintenance experience is required. A criminal background check and credit check will be run on all applicants. Valid CA driver’s license and decent driving record is required.

Compensation for this position includes housing in the form of a manufactured home, paid utilities and a competitive salary that is based on your experience and abilities. Paid vacations and company subsidized health care after 60 days. Please email your resumes for consideration.
