If you have residents with unpaid rent during the AB 3088 Protected Period, March-August, 2020 you MUST send the attached form to the residents by next Wednesday, September 30, 2020

Parkowners who have residents with unpaid rent during the Protected Period, March-August, 2020 are required by AB 3088 to send out the Informational Notice of COVID-19 Tenant Relief Act of 2020. Make sure you send the notice with a proof of service. Make three copies, one for the resident, one for your files, and one for the court. This notice must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2020.

WMA has an Informational Notice available in online forms and in hard copy. In the urgency of time, WMA is attaching the required form and the proof of service to this email alert so you have the form and can send it out before the September 30 deadline. If you do not send this notice out, you will be unable to collect unpaid rent during the protected period of March-August, 2020 EVER.
