In this webinar, industry attorney Dan Rudderow will review best practices and take an in-depth look at the “how, when, and why” to use forms required during the day-to-day running of your park, including forms for prospective and new residents, rules and regulations violations, termination of tenancy, and other miscellaneous forms.
This informational webinar will include a question-and-answer session.
Upon completion, participants may earn six continuing education units. The webinar will be 1.5 hours in duration.

Dan has been a civil litigator for over 29 years. He is passionate about protecting the property rights and business interests of the manufactured housing industry. Dan’s practice includes challenging rent control, defending “failure to maintain” lawsuits and handling landlord-tenant issues. His firm also handles lease offerings, enforcement of park rules, park closures and subdivisions. Dan has authored numerous articles and is a frequent speaker on park issues. He is also a member of WMA’s Committee to Save Property Rights.
