Angel Rogers

Angel Rogers has been involved with property management for as long as she can remember! She was screening applications and cleaning her parents’ rentals for years before she thought this would be her career. Angel has held many positions in the industry with an emphasis on education and training.She was with National CORE (formerly Southern California Housing) in Rancho Cucamonga for eleven years; first a community manager for their flagship property, Mountainside, and then spent four years as their Education Manager. Angel earned numerous awards during her tenure at National CORE including “Employee of the Year- Spirit and Enthusiasm.” She has been awarded with the APEX Award for “Community Manager of the Year” in 2001, and in 2006 was honored with a second APEX for “Outstanding Support Person of the Year.” After spending almost two years as a Vice President with APTS Personnel Training Staffing, Angel has stepped out and started her own training and consulting business for the multi-family industry. Angel brings her solid reputation as a fun, motivational, and “from the heart” instructor to her new role as owner of Specialized Training by Angel Rogers. This latest endeavor allows Angel to dedicate all her time and energy to sharing her passion, first-hand experience, and humor to the industry that she loves.

Angel holds two professional designations, California Apartment Association’s CCRM as well as the ARM from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Angel has been an approved instructor for the California Apartment Association for ten years and is authorized to instruct for the National Apartment Association’s CAM and NALP programs.
