each month. These informal discussions focus on trending,
pertinent topics. Registration is not required for this free
event. During our video chats, special guests will share
information and answer questions.

10th Coffee Talk featuring WMA Regional
Representatives Julie Paule, Jarryd Gonzales, and Saulo Londono.
They will share important updates on local government issues, share their experiences, and offer insight into how members can communicate and engage effectively with elected officials.
The session will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. and will also include a live Q&A, giving you the opportunity to ask questions directly.

About the Presenters
Julie Paule
Regional Representative – Southern California
Julie Paule is the Western Manufactured Housing Communities
Association’s Regional Representative for Southern California,
advocating for parkowner interests in local cities and counties
by promoting their private property rights. Before coming to WMA,
Julie spent two decades working for elected officials at all
levels of government. Julie is a graduate of California State
University, Fullerton, and the Marian Bergeson Excellence in
Public Service Series. She currently serves on the
Board of Directors of the Inland Empire Business Political Action
Committee and the City of Yucaipa’s Mobilehome Park Committee.
She and her husband Phil live in Temecula and have two
sons.
Jarryd Gonzales
Regional Representative – Los Angeles & Central California
Jarryd is a Regional Representative for the Western Manufactured
Communities Housing Association (WMA), overseeing the Los Angeles
and Central California regions. A seasoned communications and
public affairs professional, Jarryd brings extensive experience
in leading high-impact initiatives for Fortune 500 companies like
Verizon and T-Mobile USA, as well as prominent organizations such
as the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers and
the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange, through his firm, the Good
PR Group.
Recently appointed by the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors as a
Commissioner of the Rental Housing Oversight Commission, Jarryd
continues to lend his expertise in mobilehome parks, property
rights, and public policy.
A trusted voice in the media, Jarryd has been quoted in leading
publications, including the Wall Street Journal, New York
Times, Dallas Morning News, CNN, FOX News, Associated Press,
Reuters, Los Angeles Times, OC Register, Deadline,
Variety, and The Hollywood Reporter.
Jarryd holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School
of Business and a bachelor’s degree from the University of
Southern California.
Saulo Londono
Regional Representative – Northern California & Bay Area
Saulo Londono is a Regional Representative for WMA, overseeing
the Northern California/Bay Area regions. Saulo joined WMA
after working in California government and politics for 20 years.
A veteran of several political campaigns, from school board
and city council elections to state and federal legislative
seats, Saulo knows from first-hand experience what it takes to
win and how to best allocate resources to achieve political
goals.
Saulo also carries several years of experience working in state
government and in the state capitol. Working at all levels, from
legislative aide, communications director, and chief of
staff to a state senator, Saulo knows how to analyze the root of
a problem and then build the coalitions needed to address it.
Saulo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and
International Studies from the University of San Diego.
