Governor signs COVID-19 rental relief measure, takes effect immediately
On August 31, Governor Newsom signed into law AB 3088 (Chiu), which establishes the Tenant, Homeowner and Small Landlord Relief and Stabilization Act of 2020. The bill takes effect immediately.
