About WMA Foundation

The WMA Foundation is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation established in 2005 to provide financial or other assistance to residents of manufactured housing communities who have been touched by disaster and harmed by circumstances beyond their control. The WMA Foundation provides financial assistance towards the improvement, restoration, or replacement of existing manufactured homes.

The Foundation’s first effort was to establish a disaster relief fund to assist communities and residents in need; the goal was to help residents who have been struck by fires, floods, earthquakes, or other disasters and need immediate financial assistance.

Since its creation, the WMA Foundation has given away nearly half a million dollars to park residents in need.

Please help us maintain the strength of the WMA Foundation’s disaster fund by sending a generous contribution. The IRS approves WMA Foundation as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization; therefore, your contribution is completely tax deductible. Call WMA at 916-448-7002 to learn how to contribute to the WMA Foundation.
