WMA is pleased to report that the most significant threat to our industry was defeated. Proposition 15, which would have removed protections afforded to commercial properties from reassessment, was defeated by California voters by a significant margin.

The WMA PAC’s substantial, financial support of the “No on Prop. 15” campaign played an instrumental role in defeating Proposition 15.

Again, this is a significant victory and welcome news.
