The San Diego Chapter of the WMA welcomes Shane Joffe of Home Quest and J & H Property Management.  He currently holds the position of general manager for Home Quest.  Shane graduated from Arizona State with a BA in business and communication.  He serves on the board of directors for California Manufactured Housing Institute and is the current Orange County Chapter President for WMA. 

Shane will address the challenges, trends, and the processes of purchasing a new home and will discuss the pros and cons to hiring a real estates agent vs HCD sales person.
