Management Couple Escondido, CA

We are looking for a friendly, energetic couple to manage a 167 space all age manufactured home community in Escondido, CA

All homes are owned and occupied by residents. Community amenities include a pool, clubhouse & kitchen, billiard room, and a laundry facility.

The On Site Manager is responsible for direction and supervision of on-site maintenance personnel in addition to supervision of all hired outside contractors working within the property. Strong maintenance skills are required. Previous property management experience and WMA Certificate preferred. Spanish speaker a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

The Office Manager is responsible for day to day office duties and to assist with overseeing operations, administration, and improvement of the community. Positive interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills are required. You must have strong computer skills (Word, Outlook, Rent Manger.)

Current and valid driver’s license for both candidates is mandatory. Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation includes housing with utilities, salary, health benefits,and paid vacation time.
