MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR 5-STAR SENIOR MANUFACTURED HOUSING COMMUNITY

We are seeking a Management Couple for a 5-star, 230 space manufactured home community in Solano County, CA. MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Community is located a short walk to the historic town and adjacent to the San Francisco Bay.

The office responsibilities include handling resident issues, resident and prospective resident paperwork and rent collection and requires basic computer skills.

The maintenance responsibilities include daily common area maintenance and general community oversight and require a working knowledge of basic construction.

Compensation includes a competitive annual salary, home with basic utilities and health benefits.
