WMA to Launch New Manager Bootcamp in July

WMA is introducing a new educational opportunity for individuals just starting a career as manufactured housing communities professionals. The goal for this Bootcamp is to give those entering the industry a basic understanding of the most important aspects of community management. This course will consist of six, two-hour webinars with an exam after each course. With a passing grade, the individual will move forward to the next webinar. After completing all twelve hours of study and with a passing grade for each course, the individual will be awarded ten continuing education units towards MCM certification and a certificate of completion of the Bootcamp.

    o Mobilehome Residency Law
    o Mobilehome Parks Act
    o Title 25/Chapter 2
       o Jurisdictional Agencies
•    Forms and Notice Requirements
•    Rules
•    Fair Housing
•    Customer Service/Communication

The cost for the Bootcamp series is $599. Additional information will be coming soon.
