Looking for an Onsite Park Manager who oversees all tenants responsibilities and agreements. Understands that this is a 24 hr. position 5 days a week.

Starting salary is $4,800.00 per month

Our new Manager needs to be able to assist in maintenance projects when needed and have electrical and plumbing knowledge or experience. They have to be capable to handle onsite emergencies and make needed repairs.

Office Duties

• New arrivals and departures

• Tenant notices and Rule enforcement

• Get certified with utility company for gas system

• Basic computer skills

• knowledge of Microsoft, Word and Excel

• Forms and Inspections

• Tenant billing and receivables

• Filing

• Utilities

• Meter Readings

• Monthly Reconciliation Reports

• Answer phones

• Clean and organizes office

• Inventories on all office supplies

• Oversee Maintenance Man

• Instruct Maintenance Man on weekly duties

• Get quotes for contract work for park maintenance

• Monitor speeding

Maintenance Duties

• Electrical and plumping experience or knowledge

• General care for all buildings in common area

• Oversee maintenance on all tenant spaces

• Maintain fitness equipment

• Maintain Laundry room

• Oversee all maintenance on contracted jobs

• Care and cleaning of all patio equipment

• Balance the swimming pool chemicals

• Maintain pool filters

• Inventories on supply
