Assistant Manager Team Wanted

2 person team for 220 space 55+ mobile home community. Community is completely full with a waiting list for tenants. Community is held to a high maintenance standard.

Duties: Assist current Managers

1) Maintenance & operations (water, sewer, electric & gas systems)

2)Office duties & operations

3)Tenant relations

Good operations experience helpful.

Excellent communication and people skills a must.

Location: El Cajon, Ca.

Compensation: Competitive salary, 2 BR mobilehome, all utilities and contribution towards health insurance.
