The Resident Ombudsman is a service for residents of manufactured housing communities. The Ombudsman will assist with questions, concerns or complaints associated with living in a manufactured housing community.
The Resident Ombudsman will not arbitrate, mediate or negotiate or provide legal advice on rent disputes, lease or rental agreements, but may provide information on these issues. Please contact us by using the form below and we will do our best to respond to your questions or concerns.
