Topic:  CA-HCD Mobilehome Parks Program Update.  At the October WMA Convention, this seminar covered something of interest for everyone.  Permit to operate, mobilehome repairs, lot line mediation, fire hydrants, substandard conditions, setbacks, trees, manager requirements.  Also we expect some information from our unit’s canceled November meeting on park inspection.  Hear the latest from CA-HCD!
