To join, simply print the appropriate membership application and send your completed application with your membership dues payment to our office and we will get your membership going right away!
- Membership dues are $10.35 per space (minimum dues are $310.50 for communities that are less than 30 spaces) for one year of membership.
- Resident Owned and 501(c)3 communities pay a flat dues rate of $700.00 for one year of membership.
- Firms, companies or vendors that provides products and/or services to owners and operators of manufactured home communities in California. See the Industry Services page to view a listing of S&I members.
- Membership dues are a flat rate of $900.00 per year of membership.
